About Me
Hello! My name is Hailey Seaba and I am the owner and artist behind Face Painting by Hailey. I am an elementary art educator, artist and face painter. I currently live in Tiffin, Iowa with my husband and our 7 year old daughter, Lorraine. When I am not teaching or painting faces, I am spending time with my family or watching my daughter practice and compete in gymnastics.
My mission is to provide top-notch face painting services that will delight both children and adults in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids corridor and within a 50-mile radius. My business is fully insured in order to provide peace of mind to all clients and customers. The face paints that I use are hypoallergenic and made from cosmetic grade high quality materials, and with excellent, bold and vivid colors. My paints are also vegan friendly, gluten free, paraben free, lanolin free, perfume free and are not made from animal bi-products or tested on animals.
